One Spirit Learning Alliance is thrilled to announce an expansion of our staff with a new full-time, remote position of Director Of Education. This leader of our educational team will join the dynamic senior staff and bring new insights and capacities to the creation and management of all of One Spirit's educational programs including, but not limited to, our seminary, spiritual counseling certification, workshops, and thanatology certification. 

• Advance One Spirit’s Vision through Learning in the light of continuously evolving needs in the world.

• Lead and Coordinate existing educational offerings and champion efforts for continuous improvement.

• Advance One Spirit’s antiracist mission in the learning space.

• Partner with leadership in identifying needs for staff learning and development.

The ideal candidate’s education and work experience will include the following:

• A graduate degree (or equivalent) in education 

• Facilitating transformational educational experiences

• Program design and curriculum development

• Demonstrated commitment to the study and application of antiracism and/or DEIB

• Leadership with staff supervision and/or management

• Broad spectrum of (inter)spiritual training and development
