Programs
One Spirit is recognized for two comprehensive flagship programs: Interfaith/Interspiritual Seminary and Interspiritual Companioning & Counseling (ISCC).
Developed by a diverse group of experienced faculty and our co-founder, Rev. Diane Burke, our programs help spiritual changemakers build specialized skills in supporting and serving individuals and communities with greater understanding, love, and compassion.
As the Class of 2026 completes its path to ordination and graduation, it is the first cohort to experience the richness of the Kaleidoscope teaching model. Read more about our teaching model here.
Please note that new enrollment to our programs is currently paused for the 2025-2026 academic year. Let us know if you want to receive updates on new enrollment!
Seminary
Seminary Introduction
At One Spirit, becoming a minister is not just about what you learn—it’s about who you become. Our Interfaith/Interspiritual Seminary is a sacred journey of transformation, where students from all walks of life are called into deeper service, greater authenticity, and a profound connection to the Divine—however they name it.
Here, you’ll study the world’s wisdom traditions while also awakening your own inner knowing. You’ll learn to hold sacred space, to lead ceremony and ritual that honors life’s deepest thresholds, and to minister to others with compassion, clarity, and humility.
Our kaleidoscope model of learning fosters shared leadership, embodied wisdom, and a sense of belonging that transcends dogma. Whether your roots are in a particular faith or your spirituality flows beyond traditional boundaries, you’ll find a home here.
We honor the differences between traditions—and celebrate the universal truths that connect them all. Because we know: when we listen deeply, we find that at the heart of every sacred path is love.
Interspiritual Counseling & Companioning
ISCC Introduction
One Spirit’s Interspiritual Companioning & Counseling program is designed for those who feel called to support others with presence, wisdom, and care. Here, we don’t train fixers—we cultivate sacred listeners, spiritual allies, and companions on the journey of the soul.
Rooted in the belief that all authentic spiritual paths uplift universal values like compassion, love, and service, this program invites you to deepen your own spiritual grounding while learning how to hold space for others with profound presence and grace.
As a student, you’ll engage in transformational learning experiences that are both heart-centered and intellectually rigorous. You'll develop practical tools for interspiritual counseling and spiritual companioning, and become part of a community that honors diversity of belief while revealing the shared essence at the core of all traditions.
This is more than a program. It’s a movement—one that prepares you to be a trusted presence in a world hungry for connection, meaning, and healing.
