One Spirit is Evolving

One Spirit is entering its 25th year. The need for spiritually grounded leaders, ministers, companions, and counselors has never been greater. Simultaneously, the world is changing rapidly, including what change-makers want to learn - and how to grow.

To honor these shifting needs, One Spirit temporarily paused enrollment for Seminary and ISCC for the 2025/26 school year. This pause gave us a chance as a community to reflect on how to meet the shifting needs with integrity, authenticity, and relevance.

Now, we are relaunching our Programs for the 2026/27 school year! Applications will be available on our website beginning March 30, 2026.

Community Gatherings

One Spirit is a vibrant and growing spiritual community, welcoming students, graduates, and the general public into sacred spaces of discovery.

We offer a diverse range of free community gatherings that bring people together for spiritual conversation, practice, learning, and service, including informational town halls.

Affinity Groups

For our current students and graduates, our community-led Affinity Groups offer space where deep listening, safety, nurturance, and connection are celebrated.

Among them are One Spirit in Recovery, One Spirit Ministers of Color Sacred Circle, One Spirit in Action (OSIA), and more.

Affiliation of Ministry

Ordained ministers and certified ISCC counselors who choose One Spirit as their Assignment of Ministry or Counseling are considered to be “affiliated” with One Spirit.

All affiliates become part of One Spirit’s Spiritual Service directory as they demonstrate an ongoing connection and alignment with One Spirit.

Awaken your mind. Open your heart. Offer them to the world.

“If we are to survive and grow in our world, we must transform ourselves through love and acceptance for all teachings, all people, and all cultures, everywhere. One Spirit is a leader in this work.”

Applied Interspirituality

The Applied Interspirituality Program is a two-year training program for those who feel called to live their spirituality in service to others. In Year 1, students complete Interspiritual Foundations. In Year 2, students choose from one of four vocational pathways – Seminary, Spiritual Direction & Companioning, Doula Training, and Applied Interspiritual Leadership.

Workshops

To support our students, affiliates, and community, we are offering a selection of workshops for the 2025/26 school year. The theme for this year is applied spirituality with a focus on attaining a deeper understanding of world movements and how we, as spiritual change agents, can make a difference.

The One Spirit Approach

At One Spirit, learning is both sacred and alive. Rooted in compassion and rigor, our kaleidoscope teaching model invites students into a dynamic, co-creative experience of spiritual formation. This leading-edge model reflects the world we are building—one where wisdom flows in many directions, leadership is shared, and each voice matters.

Through integral, interspiritual, and developmental perspectives, we foster heart-expanding, personally transformative learning that radiates outward—cultivating authenticity, celebration, ethical integrity, and compassionate action in the world we serve.

Our programs are designed for spiritual change makers
