Announcing One Spirit Learning Alliance Request For Proposals Process
Now that we have successfully met the goal of funding necessary to support student completion in this fiscal year, we are ready to address the next hurdle/opportunity– raising the funds needed to plan for One Spirit’s future. As we seek this funding we would like to invite you, the OSLA community, to share your ideas, creativity, and proposals to inform the future of OSLA. Toward this end, we have structured a proposal review process that we hope will foster innovation and make more sustainable the business models that accompany our already existing programs.
We understand that sharing ideas is a deeply personal and creative act, and we are committed to creating a process that values and honors your contributions. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully—and to make the best use of your insights—we will be seeking funds to support a market analysis. This analysis will help ensure that the ideas we move forward with are not only visionary but also informed by and responsive to real-world needs and opportunities.
By combining your creativity with data-driven insights, we can collectively envision a future for One Spirit that is bold, relevant, and impactful

One Spirit has always been more than a learning organization—it is a community rooted in the interconnectedness of life and a shared responsibility to nurture it. As we look to the future, we want to amplify these values with your voices.
Review Process and Timeline
The proposal review process officially launches on January 15, 2025, and submissions must be received by March 1, 2025. The goal is to have a finalized plan by June 30, 2025, and to achieve this, the review process will be thorough and deliberate.
Given that this proposal review process will inform and possibly determine the future direction of One Spirit, the Board of Directors, as fiduciary stewards of our mission, will play a major role in reviewing the proposals. Alongside input from community members, the Board will evaluate submissions to ensure alignment with One Spirit’s values, mission, and strategic priorities.
We eagerly await your ideas and the possibility of bringing them to life together. Let’s co-create the next chapter of One Spirit—one that continues to inspire, transform, and serve the world.
