The First 100 Days: A Note from Our Co-CEOs
Dear One Spirit Community,
As we mark our first 100 days of co-governance, we are filled with pride and optimism for the path we have traveled together. This milestone highlights the strength of collaboration and the profound impact it has on making our organization stronger and more resilient.
As One Spirit opens a new chapter as an organization, we are collectively navigating significant challenges in the nation and the world. These experiences have prompted us to reflect on how we do things and consider the ways we want to show up in service. Change can often make us feel uneasy, but in the midst of the challenges of life, we find comfort in our interconnectedness, deepen our understanding, and are inspired to grow and evolve.
As we look to the future, we are committed to ensuring that One Spirit continues to amplify the interdependence of all life and our values of community, collaboration and integrity, which must always include justice. In a world that often feels tumultuous, the work we do at One Spirit is just the medicine our souls need to navigate towards a just, compassionate, and sustainable future.
We are honored to serve One Spirit and to support its mission to co-create a world where all life can flourish.
Thank you for your unwavering support.
In gratitude,
Rev. Dr. Courtney Bryant and Rev. Gordon Brode
