Qoya is an ecstatic and sacred structured movement experience based on the idea that through movement we remember: we remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise is calling on the wisdom of yoga, Wild is calling on the creative expression in dance and Free is expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through sensual movement.
Through movement, ritual, and community connection we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies. We also connect to our deepest truths and intuition, calm the stress response in our nervous systems and enhance our ability to hear our inner soul voice & heart. This Gathering is organized around the theme of Sacred Pleasure Power. Join us to dance your own relationship to the theme and connect in Beloved Community!
