Your Path, Your Purpose: Navigating The Possibilities to Unleashing Your Passion
Hosted by Rev. LeVaughn McPherson and Rev. Nancy Dominique Dessables, LMSW, ISC
According to classic and modern-day mystics, thought leaders, and spiritual scholars, we are all born with a Divine Life Purpose. We were coded with this at the moment of our birth and even at the time of our conception. Our purpose is our sacred calling to unleash our gifts, talents, and passions to the world. It is our unique soul signature; it is how we are wired to contribute to the evolution of humankind.
Although we come into the world deeply connected to our sense of purpose, the journey from childhood to adolescence, and ultimately to adulthood, are accompanied with the inevitable demands and challenges of life. We then slowly begin to distance ourselves from what is ours to do—ultimately losing touch with our essential purpose. And as many have experienced, when we disengage from our purpose, we often feel disengaged with life.
This Gathering offers an invitation to either ignite or rediscover your life’s purpose through a meaningful process of guided meditation, reflection, dialogue, and journaling. You will have the opportunity to explore possibilities, listen deeply to your inner voice, articulate your life purpose, and commit to a simple plan of action to step into your unique calling. We invite you to bring a journal and something to write with.
