Many spiritual traditions teach that our true nature is joy, yet in our conditioning, we develop habits of thinking and attitudes of heart and mind that obscure this basic nature and block our access to the joy that is our birthright.
In this weekend workshop:
We will explore the habits that incline us away from joy and how we can cultivate and integrate the practices that open and orient us toward the joyful living that is a gift not only to ourselves but also to the world
Specifically, we will explore and work with cultivating or deepening what His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu - two exemplars of joy - describe as the 8 Pillars of Joy: perspective, humility, humor, acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, and generosity.
Embrace this invitation of Joy.
