Getting From There to Here
Facilitated by Rev. Rachel Hollander and Rev. Anne Lazenby
So many people right now are wrestling with the darkness called depression and the all-too-often unspoken secrets that too many of us carry within us. Walking the path through that experience can be scary and isolating.
This Gathering is being offered as an effort to seek connection, find common ground, and to lift one another up. It will include: readings from Rev Rachel’s book “From There to Here: an insider’s guide to navigating the darkness”, her original music, as well as an invitation to have participants share reflections on their own personal journeys. The goal? That we can – as Ram Dass taught – help one another “walk each other home.”
We are not alone. Even when we feel like we are. This is a moment for us to gather together to remind us of this Truth.
