History
The Ministers of Color (MOC) Sacred Circle is a community of spiritual servants originally created in response to the pandemic to provide support to all ministers, graduates, and students. Our purpose during the pandemic was to cultivate love, inspire, share resources, and provide fellowship in service to the greater One Spirit Learning Alliance (OSLA) community and beyond.
Vision Statement
We hold a vision of joyful learning, development and fellowship together as One Spirit Ministers of Color. We are free to express our spirituality outside of the constraints of oppressive systems and we hold space to practice our ever-expanding freedom with each other.
Mission Statement
We exist as a means of connection through monthly fellowship, spiritual care, and professional development, highlighting our unique needs as ministers of color active in sacred service to our calling and life mission.
Intentions
Our Virtual Gatherings are intended to spark ministerial inspiration and spiritual refreshment in students and graduates of any One Spirit certificate program (Seminary, ISCC, The Art of Dying.)
