In one of the oldest forms of Buddhism, Bon Buddhism, formerly “secret” teachings are being offered to Westerners, for several reasons. Bon Buddhist teachers who have come to the West have tried to reach us with teachings more relevant to our lifestyles while retaining the core spiritual essence.

This workshop will explore a specific set of teachings, Dream & Sleep Yoga, that require sustained awareness and spiritual practices, during each of a human's states of being—sleeping, dreaming and waking—to raise your level of awareness and connection to the Divine, in essence 24/7.

This is a very different approach than Westerners typically live, but the rewards are great. Research has shown that there is an overall increase in mindfulness, peace, compassion and altruism in practitioners. In fact, the ability to maintain awareness through all states, even a little, is directly correlated with and reflective of, spiritual growth.

Who this workshop is for

This workshop series is for spiritual seekers, of all stripes, who are interested in deepening their connection to the Divine and finding a way to sustain this connection.

What you’ll explore

  • Time-honored Buddhist practices that cultivate awareness of the Divine across sleeping, dreaming, and waking states

  • Wider conscious awareness with an enhanced worldview

  • Methods to support resilience, and even to thrive, amidst chaos

What you’ll experience

Register for this four-part workshop series to experience dreaming while awake, waking while dreaming, and awareness while asleep.

Through this exploration, you’ll gain a greater facility in the unseen, Spirit-filled world-perception beyond the physical senses.

Together, we each need to do what we are called to do, and these spiritual practices offer a dynamic state of being that allows us to hear our inner call more clearly, through staying in connection with the Divine, in whatever form we know.
