There is deep wisdom embedded in the Earth’s seasons. Each season invites us to particular priorities, paths of inquiry, and spiritual practices. We’ll explore these sacred invitations and how they might be applied to the seasonality present in our own lives, from relationships to art projects. The perspectives and practices that help us affirm our connection to the Earth can also help us move through life with clarity, grace, resilience, and purpose.

Who this workshop is for

This workshop is for anyone curious about earth-based spirituality and those who desire a deepening, more meaningful relationship with the Earth, nature, and their own lives. Participants can expect a rich and meaningful introduction and deepening of the topic and develop a more practical relationship relevant to their lives.

End-of-life caregivers, healers, spiritual professionals, and leaders will also benefit, receiving a context in which to place the experience of those they serve that is comforting, meaningful, empowering, and transformational.

Artists, makers, and other creatives can expect a tool for understanding the creative process and the emotional impact of different stages, and a context in which to place their work that is comforting, meaningful, empowering, and transformational.

What you’ll explore

  • The spirit of each season, generally and locally

  • The priorities, inquiry, and practices suggested by each season (including those expressed in various traditions as shared by participants)

  • The seasons as metaphor and how they apply to the seasonality within our lives (soul map)

What you’ll experience

Register for this four-part workshop series to experience seasonally inspired practices that are somatic, aural, creative, and imaginal.

Through this exploration, you’ll discover a model for making meaning of life events and projects and a collection of practices to more deeply connect with the seasons, both internally and externally.

Following this workshop, you’ll be prepared to live in greater synchronicity with the Earth.
