Racism is a major cause of suffering in the world. Healing the inner and outer harms of racism and dismantling the structures that perpetuate racism is a sacred endeavor and requires us to bring our whole sacred selves to the work or requires us to acknowledge and embrace the sacred as ourselves and others. This sacred service is vital to decrease suffering, promote peace, and build the kind of world where all can coexist peacefully.

This workshop will guide you in deepening your understanding of racism and increasing your capacities to heal its inner and outer harms. In this workshop, we will create a container of respect, openness, and compassion to engage in undoing racism as sacred work.
