Everything can be used for deeper awakening and conscious uncoupling offers fertile soil for growth and transformation.
This workshop relies on the premise of relationship as a spiritual path—relationship as portal to spirit, to awakening, even in the painful contractions. In this workshop, we will explore how to embrace endings that invite the expansion of consciousness rather than the constriction or wounding that is all too common.
After all, it is in the intimacy of our deepest heart connections where we are challenged to grow and awaken.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop offers personal and professional support for anyone wanting to bring more grace, depth and healing to a relationship that has ended or is ending. It also provides essential tools for ministers and spiritual counselors who will inevitably face being asked to support someone going through a challenging ending.
What you’ll explore
How painful endings can be the cauldron for post traumatic growth
Tools to gracefully companion others on their journey of separation
How to know when a soul contract is complete
Interspiritual perspectives on relationship as a spiritual path
What you’ll experience
Register for this one-day workshop to explore the importance of healthy endings, learn a cord cutting technique to support individuation, and write your own Graceful Ending Ritual.
Together, we’ll practice personal work, journaling, dyads or triads, group sharing, and group witnessing.
Following this workshop, you’ll understand how to close a soul contract and be prepared with rituals that may become a refuge for your own heart or offer a way to support counselees and congregants on their journeys.
