Very often spiritual activism is perceived as something we do for others or external to our own identity. In actuality, it is how we are living in relationship with our self, family, or identify group(s) and community.
This workshop provides a historical and current ‘read’ of spirit (one’s path) and invites participants to build authentic human and spiritual connections: creating social just purpose; showing kindness and being the best version of yourself, prioritizing community care and generosity, within the context of your personal spiritual path.
Together, we will use historical texts and group discussion to deepen our appreciation for how each of us can grow spiritually, while considering ways to serve the global community—how spiritual activism is not just serving externally, but integral to our day-to-day existence.
