Affiliating with One Spirit
As an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister with One Spirit or a certified Interspiritual Companion and Counselor, One Spirit is your spiritual home. For those who choose to have their Affiliation of Ministry held by One Spirit, we are deeply honored to do so. Affiliation is both practical and powerful.
It means that One Spirit holds your Assignment of Ministry. You can also choose to be included in the “Find Spiritual Service” directory on the One Spirit website for Interfaith/Interspiritual Ministers and Interspiritual Companions and Counselors.
It provides you with a One Spirit clergy/ID card, access to documentation (such as a letter of good standing or other proof of ordination that some jurisdictions require when officiating a wedding), plus access to community gatherings, peer support, and learning opportunities.
It reinforces your standing in the One Spirit graduate network — connecting you with nearly 700 ministers and 1,500 community members.
It ensures that One Spirit can continue to serve future generations of spiritual leaders, even during this transformative time.
Most importantly, affiliation is an act of spiritual solidarity and belonging.
Affiliation Levels
We’ve created flexible, fair-share affiliation levels to ensure that all graduates can affiliate without financial barriers.
All Levels include the OSLA clergy/ID card, a letter of good standing, access to the Graduate Directory, and inclusion in the Find Spiritual Service directory on our website.
No matter which level you choose, you are an integral part of this living, evolving spiritual community.
Seedling Level
$35–$419 (one-time, annually)
At the Seedling Level, you are making a bi-directional commitment to the One Spirit Spiritual Community. You are agreeing to be an active member of the OSLA community and to share your vocational service as clergy. In turn, One Spirit holds your Assignment of Ministry, endorses your credentials, and supports your ministry no matter which path it takes you. This is the foundation every One Spirit graduate is entitled to, regardless of their financial status.

One Spirit Clergy/ID Card — your credential, renewed annually, mailed to you
Letter of Good Standing / Endorsement — for officiating, professional verification, or jurisdictional requirements
Inclusion in the “Find a Spiritual Service” Public Directory — be discoverable to people seeking interfaith/interspiritual ministers and counselors on the One Spirit website
Free Access to all Community Gatherings — because community should never have a price tag.
Monthly Community Digest — a curated dispatch arriving in your inbox each month: one reflection, one community spotlight, one invitation. It requires nothing from you except the willingness to receive it.

Flowering Level
$420 one-time or $35/month
At the Flowering Level, you are doing more than maintaining their credentials. You are actively investing in your own continued formation and in the vitality of the One Spirit community. At this level, Affiliates are financially supporting the development of community events and spiritual programming, and are taking steps to be active community collaborators. In turn, OSLA is committed to supporting your ongoing personal, professional, and spiritual development.
Benefits: Everything at Seedling level, plus:
Free OSLA Documents — Free copies of Transcripts, Replacement Certificates, and other ministry-related support documents
One Free Live Elective — access to a live educational workshop to support your professional development
Peer Mentorship — quarterly connection with an OSLA peer mentor for mutual support, accountability, and accompaniment in ministry.
One Free Special Event — any 1 of the following:
Supervision Session — a dedicated space to bring the real questions of your ministry to an experienced guide.
A Course in Miracles Circle — free access to the ACIM Circle sessions
Annual Ministry Peer Workshop — a group gathering designed to help affiliates reflect on where their ministry has been, where it's going, and what they need to sustain it. This is not a solo call — it's a communal practice of discernment that puts you in the room with your peers.
Fruiting Level
$421+ one-time or $40-$5,000/month
At the Fruiting Level, you are making a profound commitment to the OSLA spiritual community and to the future students of One Spirit. At this level, Affiliates are financially enabling One Spirit to grow in capacity, expand staffing, and close tuition gaps for future students who are otherwise unable to afford spiritual education. You are stewarding the OSLA community. You are ordaining someone's future and the communities they will touch in their ministry.

Direct Investment in OSLA — Your affiliation at this level not only keeps OSLA operational, but it also supports our growth as a Spiritual community. Your contribution allows for our Media Team, Affinity Groups, Website, Zoom Rooms for Community Gatherings, Workshops, and Special Events to exist. Your financial support materially closes the gap between what a student can pay and what their spiritual formation costs. You may never know their name. But they will carry your generosity into every hospital room, hospice bedside, wedding, funeral, and counseling session for the rest of their ministry. That is legacy. That is cultivating the fruit of our labor.
