Applying to One Spirit

One Spirit is currently accepting applications for the First Year of the Applied Interspirituality Program | Interspiritual Foundations for the 2026 - 2027 Year. Students who complete Interspiritual Foundations will be eligible for enrollment in the Second Year Pathways, including Interspiritual Seminary, Spiritual Direction and Companioning, Sacred Transitions Doula Training, and Interspiritual Leadership.

Program Schedule

The next cohort for Interspiritual Foundations starts September 19, 2026.

The program runs through May 2027, meeting a full weekend per month, via Zoom, totaling 18 educational days.

Program Requirements

Students in the Applied Interspirituality Program - Year 1 Interspiritual Foundations are expected to meet the following course requirements: 

  1. Attendance for 9 course weekends live via Zoom from September to May from 9:30am - 5pm
    (Recordings will be available in case of illness, emergency, or other pre-approved conflicts.)

  2. Use of online technologies, including Email, Zoom, Google Drive, Google Docs or Microsoft Word, and the One Spirit Classroom and Community Portals (Hylo and NeonOne)

  3. Monthly homework, which will include reading assignments and written reflections typed into a downloaded document and uploaded to Google Drive

  4. Monthly visits, either in-person or online, to spiritual communities or practice with a spiritual tradition

  5. 20 hours of community service

  6. Participation in monthly integration group meetings and meetings with your Dean

  7. Participation in a 4-day In-Person Intensive experience in Stony Point, NY, at the end of May / Beginning of June

  8. Financial commitment of $5,900 in annual Tuition

  9. Optional participation in Spiritual Companioning or Graduate Mentorship

Note: There are no exams as part of this program. Interspiritual Foundations goes beyond the academic and uses an inventive Kaleidoscope Model of teaching.

Before completing your application in the One Spirit Application Portal, we strongly recommend reviewing the application questions below and compiling your answers in a saved Word document. This will prevent any loss of progress when completing your application in the Application Portal.

Application Process

After you have reflected on the questions above and compiled your answers into a Word document, you are ready to apply!

Click Here for the Application Portal! Then follow these steps:

  1. First, click "SIGN UP" in the upper right-hand corner to create an account.

  2. If you are ready to begin your application, please click "BOOK" next to the Admissions Application.

  3. Then, pick any time slot for our team to review your written application. After you pick a review date and time, you will be taken to the application

    The time slot you pick is the date and time our team will review your application. You may reschedule this date if you would like to continue editing your application after you submit.

  4. Complete the application questions in the portal.

  5. PLEASE NOTE: Payment of the application fee is required to save or submit your application. If there is an error with your payment, you will lose your progress. We strongly recommend having your answers in a backup Word document in case there is an error.

  6. When complete, click “Continue to Payment”. You will be taken to a secure payment portal via PayPal to pay the application fee of $50.

  7. PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to pay. If you prefer to pay via card, click “Check Out as Guest,” and you will be taken to a portal to enter your card information.

  8. After you click "Submit", you can go back and edit your responses at any time up until the date and time you selected as your Review Date. Our Admissions Team will automatically review your application on the date and time you have selected in your booking.

  9. After the Application is submitted and reviewed, the Admissions Team will send you a link to schedule an interview via Zoom. Interviews are a space for you to ask any remaining questions you have about One Spirit and get a true sense of the program.

  10. After the interview is completed, we will invite admitted students to participate in an Acceptance Call.

  11. Once you have participated in your Acceptance call, you will be connected with the Bursar to complete your Tuition Payment Agreement (TPA) and other enrollment paperwork.

  12. After all the enrollment paperwork has been completed, you will be given access to the One Spirit Student Portals for Interspiritual Foundations 2026 - 2027!
