In this workshop…
You will learn regenerative practices that you can integrate for long-term resilience and personal sustainability, through rhythms of experiential activity, individual reflection, and group discussion.
This interactive workshop is designed for “caring (over)achievers” seeking to restore their vital energy and reconnect to their natural rhythms. Our modern ways of living and working have left us disconnected from each other, the natural world, and our own aliveness.
We are burning ourselves - and our planet - out. This workshop helps provide a solution. Participants will develop an action plan to integrate new regenerative practices for long-term resilience and personal sustainability.
This workshop is for…
Anyone interested in self-care and connection with the natural world. It is ideal for ministers, therapists, doctors, nurses, climate activists, scientists, and anyone who cares for people and the planet. Leaders in caring professions - health care, community care, and planet care - are particularly vulnerable and in need of individual and collective healing.
Attendees can look forward to leaving this workshop feeling restored and reconnected, having practical tools to maintain balance moving forward.
What you’ll Receive
A safe space to share your experience with others and develop lasting connections beyond the workshop.
What you’ll Experience
Gentle indoor and outdoor activities, including guided reflection, creative practices, and virtual forest bathing
