The 2025/26 workshop series at One Spirit is rooted in applied spirituality—where inner transformation meets outer action. This year, we focus on how spiritual practices, values, and presence can be actively engaged in the work of justice, healing, and collective liberation.

Open to graduates and current students who identify as melanated people.
An Evening of Breath: Revolutionary Love for Ourselves
Hosted by One Spirit in Action, join the One Spirit community now on the third Monday of every month from 6:30pm - 8:00pm ET for communal evenings of breathwork and sharing as a way of Activating Oneness. Let us support one another in resetting and breathing life into our collective together.
